Margaret Byrne Ikeda

Margaret Byrne Ikeda has extensive experience in the practice of civil litigation. She specializes in law and motion advocacy in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Ms. Ikeda began her career defending insurance agencies in personal injury and employment matters. She also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters and in protecting the rights of individuals with disabilities. Her experience on both sides of the litigation table has allowed her to anticipate potential issues and effectively defend her clients. In addition to her experience in law and motion practice, Ms. Ikeda has also successfully represented clients at trial and in high-conflict matters.

Ms. Ikeda graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law in 2002. During her time at law school, she was the Senior Articles Editor of The American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law. Ms. Ikeda received her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, College of Communication. She volunteers her time as an arbitrator for the Orange County Bar Association’s Mandatory Fee Arbitration Committee.
